Imperial Hotel - London

The hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, providing excellent service. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a good bed and a wonderful view. I was impressed by the recently upgraded decor, which added a touch of elegance to my stay. Additionally, the hotel includes breakfast, making it even more convenient for guests.

All was satisfactory, nothing to complain about.

This hotel offers great value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from the Russell Square Underground station, making it easy to explore the city. The staff are friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms are basic but well-equipped, with comfortable beds and all the necessary facilities. We especially appreciated having a window that could be opened for fresh air. And let's not forget the included breakfast, which offered a variety of options to start the day off right.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, with many attractions within walking distance, such as Covent Garden and the British Museum. The proximity to the underground station made it easy to explore the city. The room I stayed in was spacious and well-furnished, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. The hotel had obviously put effort into upgrading the decor, as everything looked fresh and modern. Additionally, the breakfast provided was excellent, with a good variety of options to choose from.

Great Service and Location

I recently stayed at a hotel during the Christmas holidays and I must say that the service was top-notch. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They made sure we had everything we needed and provided us with great recommendations for places to visit nearby. The location of the hotel was also a plus, as it was near many shops and tourist attractions. The room was quite spacious and had a cozy feel to it.

My stay was not perfect. The hotel room had very outdated decor and could use a renovation.
